Must I adhere to community guidelines or trade my email address to post video on Nostr?

Am I limited to posting 25 videos of up to 1-minute long each per day?

There is no community guidelines on #nostr. Nostr will not ask for your email address but this depends on the client. I used 4 clients and never had I given my email. Video wise, as long as you have the storage for your videos, there is no limit (not that I am aware of).
