Legally speaking, did President Trump authorize the mirroring of his Truth Social posts? Is it allowed under the Truth Social terms of service?

There’s fair use and first amendment considerations that way against potential copyright infringement and X ToS. Plus good luck tracking down everywhere the data is hosted. Benefit of the protocol design
