Next, this is probably a fiat minded person that wants to make more fiat, not snatch up cheap bitcoin. They figured if the price pumped that they could quickly sell, which is what we saw happen in minutes afterwards. Its entirely possible that this tweet was scheduled to go live via whatever third party social media solution that they use, and the attacked just pushed it live a day early as I initially suggested.
