Nick Szabo's father emigrated from Hungary during the Hungarian revolution in 1956 (my yesterday's post was about this revolution - roll back to see it). And the name "Szabo" is a common Hungarian name, means "Taylor" .

Nick Szabo visited Hungary 🇭🇺 and presented at the "Blockchain Budapest 2.0" conference. Unfortunately, he doesn't speak Hungarian 🙂

BTW: he invented the smart contract back in 1997, when neither Bitcoin nor Ethereum existed. But he also invented Bitcoin's predecessor, "Bit Gold".
