U.S. Appeals Court Strikes Down Net Neutrality Rules

So now Americans need to waste their time to either make net neutrality a right in every individual state or actually get a functioning free market for ISPs. Or try to get the Senate to pass a law.
And all that without using Tor presumably, as that'll get blocked first?
