Paper wallets are fine. I've used them for years. If you have a seed phrase written down on a piece of paper then technically you have a paper wallet.
They can be fine, but is necessary many cautious around PC, printer, camera if have webcam, etc. I already had also paper wallet. Nowadays I don’t recommend anymore for security reasons
