Thinking in thresholds is why orange pilling people feels like winning the lottery. It is. You don't have to be the most knowledgeable. You have to be person 23 who gave them a positive #bitcoin experience. Being person 22 twice doesn't work, you are still one person.

Ever tell someone about #bitcoin for years, then see someone else tell them the exact same thing once and change their mind?

They don't trust the new person more. It isn't that they weren't listening to you. You just weren't enough people, they needed more positive exposure from more people.

The moral there is that if you want to drive others to adopt #bitcoin the method should be to expose the idea to as many people as possible. Only go deeper into it if they ask questions. Once they are done asking questions, move on. Make sure their #bitcoin experience with you as positive.

You helped even if you didn't hit the lucky number with that person.

Yeah I'm the guy that keeps telling them about it and they ignore me constantly. It's frustrating!

Now you know. Nothing you can do but make sure it is a positive experience so you count towards their pro #bitcoin threshold and move on.
