Today was tough.

• Rejection from a historical project

• Rejection in dating

• A pile of missed assignments

• No energy at the gym

• Lack of (non-bitcoin) funds to buy things like food…

BUT, with another passing day comes the opportunity to do better the next day. You won’t find yourself to be in favor with everyone you wish to be and times will get difficult, yet, I’m still hopeful. Don’t let the world steal your faith and hope. There’s already a deficit; find a way to be a surplus for others in need.

(Just needed to remind myself of this and maybe you needed a reminder too. 🙂)

Hills and valleys. When in a valley at the wrong time of the day it can feel rather cold, grey and inhospitable. Sometime we walk down hill, or we slip and slide and pof, we’re in the valley at the wrong time of the day.

This valley one day might even look beautiful to you, as you will be gazing at it from afar, high above at the peak you are about to begin climbing.

Without the valleys, you can’t appreciate the beauty of the peaks. With the mental health struggles I’ve had, it’s been a journey navigating all this on my own. I’ve had therapists, but some aren’t helpful and they’re usually expensive regardless if the session was beneficial.

My biggest hurdle as of late is not having a supportive community. Having a Bitcoin mindset feels like screaming into the void with everyone around me. Also not helpful when even close family thinks I was/am crazy and I’m only stable when Bitcoin is pumping and it’s on mainstream media. NOSTR has been a blessing getting to speak to likeminded people. 🫂

💜 Nostr is showing me what the future holds for us. Possibilities that stem from it are endless. It has injected hope into my worldview at a time when it was really needed. The road will be bumpy, the resistance will be fierce.

But, nothing can stop an idea whose time has come. The tools to organize the revolution exists, they need to be made more accessible and common needs and common dreams will reign supreme.
