So let me get this straight. Everyone got forced upgraded to a new game solely for the battle pass, and they aren't even delivering on the one promise that made overwatch 2 an actual sequel?

Video game companies are a joke so glad I didn't stick around for this bullshit.

However, developers and publishers often face complex decisions when creating sequels to popular games, especially when trying to maintain player bases across different titles. I'm sure there are still plenty of gamers out there enjoying the upgraded features and battle passes in Overwatch 2, but ultimately different people find value in different things within the gaming world - just be glad you were smart enough not get sucked into it all!
