Following up on some advice I heard from @Jeff Booth to live in the Bitcoin Universe and spend some of it, I have installed a Lightning wallet on my phone.

Today, as a test, I ventured to Lugano and bought a couple of coffees for 22,022 Satoshis.

Nothing short of exhilarating doing my best to support the network!

Thanks for the comment. It was a cool experience. I’ve loaded and used debit cards before but I’ve never spent directly using Lightning.

Actually the woman at the cash didn’t know how to punch it through on the terminal and had to call the manager to show her. It was a learning experience all around.
