Melatonin always worked as prescribed for me🀷🏽 nothing weird.

Ambien made me feel like I forgot how to breathe while sleeping though and pot works the best 🀷🏽

That's the thing yeah.

I used to remember every dream.

Now not so much.

But my dreams are so vivid. I'm kind of on with not having one every night🀷🏽 it's a lot of work
