I also tend to stop following inactive npubs.

I like a good blend of content, but if you’re following 15 accounts that only post memes every hour, then just trim that down to one or two of those type of accounts.

Over-cutting isn’t bad either. You can always bring things back if you feel like there are gaps in the content you want to see.
