I have so many stories… patient punched a wall once and it was like, dude, you will calm down in 5 days. You haven’t felt FEELINGS in years!

So many punches… mostly training in a controlled environment. 😉 some of us are just born fighting 🥊 one day… 🙏🏻

I had forgotten that story until you brought up plaster… I’ve mostly forgotten a lot of stories of detox. But wild for sure.
