The money has to come from somewhere ?? Either higher taxation or inflation (stealth tax).
Dont get me wrong, it's state sponsorerd pedatory lending thats causing no end of problems.
A better soloution might be to offer to refinance on a 0 or 1% loan basis on the starting capital rather than compunded interest.
I'm no economist though, and the money for that still has to come from somewhere 🤷
Amendment to the above, surely it would make more sense for the state to provide the necessary training if its required by the state ??

I get it, nothing is free but the whole credit system is clearly engineered to entrap people.
And they get you with education...
I don't mind the paying for stuff part. It's when its mandated by the state as a necessity i get my hackles up.
Want to be a paramedic for the state, go pay for your own qualifications.
