Not enough soil in any of my NYC apartments 😔

Where would I plant my crops or raise my animals? Do i have enough water for me, my family, my animals, my crops, my grass, and the all of the other trees for this new one? Can i afford to buy the extra water I might need? Who is going to pay for that water?
