I RECOMMEND BITKEY TO LESS TECHNICAL PEOPLE AND COLDCARD TO EVERYONE ELSE.

How much money did you receive from Coinkite and/or NVK?

The Bitkey's lack of a screen might make it convenient but it also means that transactions are signed blindly. If tomorrow the provider gets forced to empty certain wallets, ... well, they don't even need the hardware wallet for that as they control the companion app and the server in a two of three setup. This is not "can't be evil". I'm not saying they are doing this but I prefer wallets that cannot do this even if the life of the provider depended on it.

THEY PAY US WELL BELOW MARKET FOR SPONSORSHIP OF RHR. SAME WITH OUR OTHER SPONSORS BECAUSE UNLIKE EVERY OTHER BITCOIN PODCAST MY OPINION IS NOT FOR SALE AND SPONSORS KNOW THAT.

MY FUND TEN31 IS THE ONLY EXTERNAL INVESTOR IN COINKITE. THAT IS A BETTER ARGUMENT FOR YOUR CONSPIRACY.

REGARDLESS, NEITHER IMPACTS MY OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION. WE FUNDED THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

I RECOMMENDED COLDCARDS FOR YEARS BEFORE THE INVESTMENT OR SPONSORSHIP. IF SOMETHING BETTER THAN COLDCARD EMERGES I WILL RECOMMEND THAT INSTEAD.

Look, it's important to disclose your financial ties when making recommendations. Saying your opinion isn't for sale while downplaying other podcasters comes off as hubris. I wasn't accusing you of a conspiracy, just pointing out that a simple disclaimer about your relationship with Coinkite would have been appropriate.
