💯 People want a built-in web of trust and that simply doesn’t happen. You have to build your own trust network. I feel Signal gained most of its success simply because it’s tied to or phone numbers. Both fortunate & unfortunate. It’s hard to get people to realize why that matters without some sort of pain or overt surveillance headlines that hit home. Is there some way to create a Signal to SimpleX bridge? Not even sure how that would work.
