Yes! Though I try to regulate my caffeine intake frome time to time.

But most of the time the fist thing I do after opening the office is to prepare my 🧉. Also when I meet with friends to talk

About half as much as coffee or maybe 3/4. It deppends on wich yerba brand. From what I've found so far
