My wife sells A2/A2 raw milk for a friends ranch at the farmers market in Austin, TX.
She accepts bitcoin
And we've met some awesome bitcoiners that way. Just having a 'bitcoin preferred' sticker on the register works wonders
I don’t doubt it. If I had to put a finger on why Bitcoiners seem to skew towards kindness is that Bitcoin self selects for humility. You have to be publicly willing to admit you didn’t know how money works and very few people have that kind of courage. The ones that do also seem to have an intelligence to recognize being kind is much more fun and easier.
But don’t confuse their kindness with weakness cause they’re savages too.
Does she usually sell out or is there enough inventory to send some Bitcoiners out to get stocked up? Also please tell her thank you and she’s a legend.
They sell out almost every week. They used to do preorders but it got too crazy. So now its first come, first served.
You can always DM me with how many gallons to hold and a name (or alias)- and I can have her hold that amount. She does holds for friends and regulars still as long as they text her what they want before the market starts at 9 on Saturdays. Sunset valley FM
Also she makes and sells locally sourced tallow soaps, creams, sunscreens, etc
That makes my day. So glad to hear she’s doing so well. I do not live near the area but might order a truck load in advance to make the trip worth while.
Can you freeze this type of milk for a long time?
Yes, you can freeze it. We tend to skim the cream and freeze that since our freezer space is limited
