How can you keep it private? Do you isolate this only in amethyst really, new NIP? Iā€™m not a dev, just curious.

Nip 51 lists. The follow is encrypted to yourself and stored in the same event as public ones.

Is it possible encrypt another parts of an event using this same NIP, not only the follows?

Like what? Name and so on? Yes, but we don't do that yet.

This NIP has existed for quite some time now, most clients just don't support it yet
