Yeah it’s a good DIY, but isn’t it a bit complicated to add a secure element to it?
You don’t need the secure element it wipes the seed every time you power it off.
Depending on the use case, this could be very annoying. 😵💫
Definitely trade-offs for everything. The idea is you are only access it on EXTREMELY rare situations. Ideally you aren’t spending tour cold storage for years or decades to come.
Yeah I agree, but if using it for work between the account and manager let’s say .. it’s too much to do every evening.
I’m mostly just teasing. Coldcard and Seedsigner are the only two products/ transaction signers I would trust.
I know, I figured so by the 😉 face. But then I thought I would ask because maybe you knew something I didn’t know. But yeah I agree they are both marked trustworthy in my books for sure.
