A dictatorship with a great leader is the best form of governance. But with a bad leader it’s the worst… So we settle for the middle, a democracy (ie: Not great but not bad)

If the aim is to achieve greatness, being a great leader in a dictatorship is the way to go (ex: start-ups, elite sports coach, ..)
