I'm slowly reducing the amount of code that is needed to subscribe to and outbox powered feed in applesauce. All the code now fit on the screen.

The recent change was adding the pool.subscriptionMap method which lets you create subscriptions to multiple relays based on a map of relay -> filter. the cool part is its smart about when the filters change so it does not spam the relays with REQ 😁
