I take it this means Jon Bernthal will not return in a Disney+ reboot of Netflix’s The Punisher? Will he even show up in the Daredevil reboot?

I am 100% in favor of due process, partly to prevent the government from abusing its power, and partly for the sake of peace. But The Punisher reminds us that what is socially optimal is not always personally optimal. The ending Marvel wrote for Frank Castle is a cop-out.
