I'm doing my first #dryfast this weekend. Done 25 hours, the goal is 48h. A hard dry fast is not eating food or drinking water, not even brushing teeth or taking a shower. Amazingly, it feels easier than the water fasts I've done in the past. Started one and read "Dry Fast Revolution" by Michel Deladdey.
