Did you check out the Censorship 1984 DVM on noogle.lol/filter ?

It shows reports by people you follow (or in the future by whatever npubs you feed it, e.g. a web of trust). You can mute bad actors or accounts that are sus. If you use a client that implements the latest version of the list nip, they will automatically be muted there as well.
