Issue is there are regs around raw milk and butter. Nourish seems to be getting around them by having you join the club which is just a form of a herd share?
Close. They sell the equivalent butter for $30 a pint. To cook with it'd be wise to further clarify into ghee.

There's a few private groups like https://harmonyacres.com
They aren't really herd shares, but when you join the group you agree to private arbitration and basically swear "I believe the federal gov is overstepping on our fundamental rights and im taking my life into my own hands blah blah blah" (felt like joining a militia or something)
Interesting
