Bitcoin mining sous-vide slow cooker, I wonder how well it would work?

I'm thinking I could cook some meat in a sealed package in the oil of the Bitcoin mining hot water heater.

The temperature range of the oil is pretty much perfect for sous-vide. 60c at the low end and 74c at the top end. I could probably fudge it one way or another if need be.

What could go wrong?!...

Imagine a contraption that mines Bitcoin, heats your water, cooks your dinner. Wow.
