"Own your mess. Then clean it up."

The hardest conversation you’ll ever have is with yourself.

We live in a world of distraction. We scroll, we binge-watch, we work overtime—anything to avoid that quiet moment alone with our own thoughts.

Why? Because deep down, we know there are things we need to fix. And fixing them hurts.

The psychologist Carl Jung spent his life studying the human mind. He dropped this heavy truth on us:

'He who looks outside, dreams; he who looks inside, awakes.'

But "looking inside" is where the power is.

If you are unhappy, that’s on you to change.

If you are out of shape, that’s on you to move.

If you are lonely, that’s on you to reach out.

The Dad Challenge: Spend 10 minutes alone today. No phone. No music. Just you and a notebook. Write down three things you’ve been blaming others for, and ask yourself: "What is my role in this?"

That’s where your new life starts.
