Normally I am too lenient on evictions especially in hot markets

So with the economy the way it is I could probably evict losers who are consistently late and rent their unit immediately at much higher rent.

In Montana my wait list is literally two pages long

A friend of mine suggested putting these rentoids on a dart board and then evicting whomever gets hit

Or I suppose I could let y'all vote on it.
