My stay at the "Alpha Project" homeless shelter in San Diego thus far has been interesting

1) My bed-neighbor was kicked out Tuesday for coming in late, drunk & pissing on someone's belongings

2) There's a self-proclaimed plastic surgeon from Mexico who doesn't speak English well & everyone hates. He pretends not to understand rules which is pissing off staff, is rude & thinks he's smarter than everyone, often saying "I'm a medical doctor, I know this" & may have threatened to kill me if I touched his Cup Noodles before he walked away from a table today. Hard to say because he talks quiet & I can't make out half the things he says anyway😂

3) A seemingly nice, quiet, younger guy overdosed last week & is no longer with us. There's a bouquet of flowers on his bed still😵‍💫 Long police investigation took place after someone noticed he wasn't breathing in his sleep
