I've been dealing with on and off neck pain on one side of the neck (all computer users will face issues eventually).

Saw a PT who attuned me to the problem of the thoracic spine/shoulders. Yeah they gave me exercises that helped, but this morning I made a breakthrough in finding a few movements that will obviously upgrade my body, while solving the neck fragility (thinking in wholes rather than parts- integrated approaches).

In my experience, real personalized results come from repeated free flowing movement on the living room floor. I've done multiple types of yoga, foundation training, martial arts training, and weightlifting over the years. These experiences provide the raw material for solving my neck problem intuitively.

The walk can be long. Just keep going, seek new inputs, and the creative breakthrough solution will arise, eventually.

TLDR- Maximizing experiences maximizes creativity. Creativity solves problems.
