Looks from the repo like nostr:npub1ce7d8cdg8k49dnl3da34mvhah8kevxfsq2vdguq6trngapqfsdzsnv3d7m is using NIP-87 (which isn’t merged) to list and review mints.

Yep the spec isn’t merged but has a couple other implementations. bitcoinmints has a lot of problems, i keep meaning to spend some time on it but haven’t gotten to it. It works though, and the data is on nostr!
