Poutine needs a good beef gravy, or it's just not right. I've got a friend who runs a local food truck slanging poutines. I always get mine with bacon, jalapeno & blue cheese on top. It's diabolical 🤤😋🤯🥵
Hmmmm I'd try it, because I like trying things but unsure how I'd like the gravy. Every other part sounds yum.
