The great thing about science is that you don’t have to be anything specific to practice it, or to allow its benefits to help you stay sane when it happens.

Future irrational fear is mitigated because you’re willing to keep to the facts.

So the voices can’t matter if thier science doesn’t hold up to duplication and reproduction. Ignore them. Yes, even that one. Yes, even them. You can do it. They’re all secretly hoping you’ll do so; we believe in you, the reader.
