NYC is fun. But I want to find a place where...

1. Nice weather 9-10 months/year

2. No/few cars, walkable city

3. Clean streets and public areas

4. Lots of motivated ppl my age building cool stuff.

Any suggestions are welcome 🙏

Don't live in a *<"(>;- city, dude. GTFO. Geez. No sane person would want to live in a large city these days and in the near future.
