The thing we learned is that people generally don’t care about anyone’s audio notes unless those people are good friends. Audio is higher friction than text for consumption.
Another startup learned the same I think as they are no longer around.

I think it’s sufficient to start here and have:

And it will take a life on its own.
Interesting models to test: in order to reply, you must send a zap.
Specifically why pay to reply:
1) audio is norm between friends, not public chat
2) reduce public chat noise, thereby increasing signal
The startups that tried this previously I imagine did not have zaps.
Zaps changes things.
