ARTISTS: Would a platform for microcommissioning be useful?

Somewhere people can go to pay a small (usually £20 or less) fee for basic artwork?

Something to use instead of using AI, and pay an amount which can be disregarded for it?

Or is the number too low to matter? Does Fiverr do it already?
