It is really essential for your health! The same with sleep, if you are sleep deprived, you can develop some issues or become sick more easily. And ofcourse the food and water is really important asswell. The human body is quite amazing and many underappreciate that.

Walking around and in the woods, sometimes swimming. Or just dozing off in the sun if it is not too cold and dirty outside.
