Surprising most people aren't willing or curious to learn. Help somebody solve a problem and they're not even interested in knowing how you solved it or how the problem occured. Even things to do with the most basic technology.
This feels obvious to me but Im sharing it anyway. Im constantly surprised at how uneducated the under ~30 crowd is with stuff like this.
