Look at the Feeding the Future food fraud in Minnesota for example. The mastermind of that fraud is 3 American women. 2 White woman and 1 African American woman. They had the contract to distribute food and between 3 of them $300 Million went through their organization.

Karen Lomen hasn’t been charged at all. It is assumed she turned state witness and is the one that snitched to expose the fraud. Karen Lomen and Amy Bock were the original founders of Feeding the Future. They eventually separated and Karen Lomen went and started another similar scheme.

Her new company took $193 million. She hasn’t been charged as of now.

Amy Bock hasn’t been convicted and currently waiting sentencing. Sharon Ross pled guilty and got sentenced to 3 years.
