We should give future governments 5 days to setup a Bitcoin wallet with an address which is well known by all citizens and additionally controlled with a multisig and force them to inform about any spending.

If even one sat wents out of this wallet to fund criminal actions, weapons or drugs and not in the human purpose, infrastructure, schooling, Kindergarten, energy and all things which increase the living standard of the country we should deny to pay them further and even give them no permission to spend the money with possibility the multisig option.

Maybe this could be a solution to end their criminal doings and place people in position which are trustfull enough to work in favour of their citizens
