Bitcoin success story 🍊

Started casually talking about bitcoin with my hairdresser today.

She was familiar with it. She has a friend who’s heavily into bitcoin. He’s tried explaining it but from the sounds of it, he went way too hard way too fast.

She was actually turned off of it because of the approach he took. She thought it was way over her head and didn’t even try to learn.

I explained it in a way that she could understand. It’s just like cash in how it works.

As a hairdresser, she knows how valuable cash is compared to Interac.

Instant (doesn’t have to wait a few days to get the bank deposit)

And private (no one knows I gave her that $20 bill)

I also told her that she doesn’t need to understand the inner workings - which was her main concern. She realized that she didn’t understand how our current system works either.

She was very thankful and ended up downloading wallet of satoshi and sat and chatted with me after the hair cut.

She said that I can pay her for the next haircut in bitcoin!!!

I told her to start small and slow. Invest as much as she knows - which at this point is minimal.

Anyways I wanted to share this because there are millions of people just like her who are ready to become a bitcoiner. They just haven’t had anyone explain it in a way that they could understand.
