Remove filter.nostr.wine from Outbox and nostr.wine from inbox.

If you are paying for nostr.wine, add it to the OUTBOX.

Add nos.lol to public inbox.

So where should filter.nostr.wine go if it's not in outbox? I noticed in the article you reposted earlier that it's a terrible idea to put this is in inbox too 🤔

General Section only. Other people can't use your filter subscription, so there is no need to put in any of the inbox/Outbox relays.
