🍎 Maple Apple Crisp – With a Granola Twist!

Made this warm, cozy apple crisp using our favorite ancient grains granola—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Crispy, golden topping. Sweet maple-cinnamon apples. The house smelled like a hug.

Here’s the recipe if you want to make it too:

Maple Apple Crisp with Ancient Grains Granola

Dish Size: 9x13” | Serves: 8–10

Filling:

• 8–10 apples, peeled & sliced

• 1/4 cup maple syrup

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Granola Topping:

• 2 cups Kirkland Ancient Grains Probiotic Granola

• 1/2 cup flour (or almond flour for GF)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/2 cup maple syrup

• 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13” dish

2. Toss apples with syrup, cinnamon & lemon juice; spread in dish

3. Mix topping ingredients until coated

4. Sprinkle & lightly press topping over apples

5. Bake 40–45 mins until golden & bubbly

6. Cool slightly, serve warm with ice cream or yogurt

This one’s a keeper.
