I bought some Lebanese pastirma. If you don’t know what that is, it’s closest to beef jerky but with a lot of delicious spices. Can’t wait to try them out.

Oh no, I wish it’s that easy to get. These rare gems are from a Mediterranean shop. It’s packed with amazing Arabic stuff.

Bastirma is armenian in origin. After armenians were forced to migrate from their ancient lands(present day turkey) to Lebanon they brought their food with them.
