i noticed something odd - the further a home is built from the city the more intelligently it is designed.
basically people who are geospatially challenged ( like nostr:npub1x5nha4vaxattte4r7kf8mq2ey0ezd0ys0d940tv393ytjsw5a39saumul9 and other Urbanists ) and cannot fathom that one can actually live outside of a cramped city center with limited land ... are also retarded in other ways and can't get anything right in a home.
whereas when you look at homes built in the middle of nowhere they are often masterpieces.
a home that is commutable is 90% of the time just a lot with some trash cobbled together on top and euphemistically called a house.
