I would like to buy a miner for use as a heater / DCA this winter. I've got 220 power available.

Recommendations? I'm sure 6-8 months ago was the best time to buy hardware, but better late than never.

I hear good things about Whatsminers, but haven’t tried them.

I guess if it was me, I’d get that Braiins control board for S19’s, then down-clock it to be more efficient and quieter.

Is there a good alternative market or trusted sellers?

I’ve never had a bad experience buying from Kaboomracks.
