1. Local Bitcoin Meetups Draw Regions. Four Regions with the US.
2. Each region host event within a quarter, 4 quarters in a year.
Allowing others to join if they would like.
3. Draw at random within Region to see which state hosts first. Alphabetical from there annually.
4. Topics from regional drives, open source protocols, bitcoin, Nostr. Etc.
Less fluff, more signal.
