2 C. Flour

1 C discard

2 tsp baking power

1 tsp baking soda

3 T sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 1/2- 1 3/4 C milk

Mix together and let sit for 5-10 minute before cookings. Will be a little lumpy.
